The Dallas-based homebuilder has operations in the Dallas and Fort Worth metroplex including The Colony, Fort Worth, Frisco, Lantana, Lewisville, Little Elm, and McKinney. American Legend Homes is part of Bright & Company, a 60 year old family-owned Dallas organization with well diversified interests in real estate, banking, oil and gas exploration and other business interests. Since its first new home closing in 2004, American Legend Homes has closed over 1,000 homes in the DFW area. The company was named Best Builder in 2005 by the Texas Association of Homebuilders. More importantly, homeowners consistently rate American Legend Homes 98 percent or higher on “Customer Willingness to Refer” on an independent customer satisfaction survey conducted after closing. American Legend Homes also recently received the 2009 Best of Dallas Business Award for single- family construction category by the Small Business Commerce Association (SBCA).
