American Legend Homes Announces Record-Setting Growth in 2009
Dallas, TX – Jan 15, 2010)

American Legend Homes (ALH), builder of new homes throughout the Dallas and Fort Worth area, experienced rapid growth in 2009. Despite a challenging economy, ALH new home sales for 2009 increased 73.2 percent from 2008 sales. In 2009, American Legend sold 213 homes, compared to 123 in new home sales in 2008.

"Our homes are award-winning and green built, in addition to offering striking architectural detail, great curb appeal and outstanding value," said Kevin Egan, president of American Legend Homes. "We anticipate continued growth in 2010 with our expansion into the Lantana and Frisco communities."

American Legend Homes recently announced its spring 2010 presence in both Lantana, with homes available from the $180s, and Frisco’s Stonewater Crossing, available from the $290s. ALH is also continuing its growth within the highly acclaimed master-planned community of Castle Hills, with a record number of sales - 85 within nine months - in the community’s newest phase alone.

Timm also attributes the increase to customer satisfaction and a growing number of referrals. We have a strong reputation of providing families outstanding value, style and design. He adds, "Our flexible floorplans can be customized to fit the buyer’s needs, and we build low maintenance garden homes, patio homes, luxury townhomes as well as beautiful complete single-family and ready-to-move-in homes."

American Legend Homes builds new homes throughout the Dallas and Fort Worth metroplex including McKinney, Castle Hills near Plano, Paloma Creek in the Little Elm Hwy. 380 corridor and Fort Worth. Our award-winning, energy efficient and green built certified homes are priced from $130s to $600s.
