American Legend Homes continues to be one of the most respected builders in the DFW area.  Since closing its first home in 2004, the company has reached several major milestones, including an overwhelmingly positive 99 percent “Customer Willingness to Refer” score and a slew of recognitions. American Legend Homes Tops Customer Satisfaction Survey

American Legend Homes received outstanding customer service satisfaction results in the 2011 Woodland, O’Brien & Scott, Inc. survey of homebuyers. The survey is taken approximately 60 days after closing and evaluates several home purchase criteria including the homeowners’ willingness to refer to family and friends.

According to the independent survey, 99 percent of satisfied homeowners are willing to refer their family and friends to American Legend Homes, something called “absolutely outstanding” by Keith O’Brien of Woodland, O’Brien & Scott, a research and consulting firm that surveys homebuyers on their home buying experiences throughout the country.

“American Legend Homes’ customer satisfaction is spectacularly strong as we wrap up our survey results for 2011,” said O’Brien.  “Customers’ willingness to refer American Legend Homes to family and friends is an outstanding 99 percent for the year, and their enthusiasm easily ranks near the very top of what we are seeing among clients nationwide.  Frankly, their customers could not be much more impressed with their new homes and communities and with their American Legend experience. It’s not surprising that almost 30 percent of 2011 sales came directly from past customer referrals, which is also very impressive. Congratulations on a fantastic year!” According to O’Brien, 99 percent willingness to refer is “extraordinary.”

In addition to the strong referral rating, American Legend has consistently rated 90 percent or higher in crucial ratings criteria such as sales staff communication, warranty, product quality, condition at move-in and timely delivery. American Legend’s ratings place the company consistently among Woodland, O’Brien & Scott’s top performers.
