ALH is pleased to announce Kevin Egan as the home builder’s new president and chief operating officer. Egan has a long and successful history in the home building arena, with service to some of the area’s top companies.

American Legend Homes has relocated its home office headquarters to the Castle Hills Village Shops. According to company president Vance Timm, ALH’s growth resulted in a need for more space. American Legend Homes is excited to announce its rapid growth in 2009. Despite a challenging economy, ALH new home sales for 2009 increased 73.2 percent from 2008 sales. He anticipates it will continue in 2010, with expansion into the Lantana and Frisco communities.
