We closed on April 19th and moved into our new house last week in Village Park North. From the start of the process, through the meetings, design center and final walk, your employees were amazing.

Melissa Hopkins, our sales associate was fantastic. She exceeded our expectations. Melissa kept us updated, always responded quickly and she listened any time we had an idea or concern. She was always honest and did a great job of balancing our requests with the responsibility of her job to ensure a win-win. Brad, our builder, also was outstanding. He listened to our many ideas and helped us implement the customization we were looking for, he communicated with us to make sure we were on the same page and delivered us the home of our dreams.

Our experience building our home with American Legend in the community of Stonewater Crossing was absolutely wonderful, from our initial visit to the neighborhood, through the service we are still receiving today.

Our sales associate, Erika Klingenberg, was thoroughly knowledgeable at every turn. She did an exceptional job of answering all of our questions and making us feel comfortable during the entire sales and building process. She was an excellent guide during the entire process, often providing insight, ideas and options that we wouldn’t have considered without her help. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide during the process.

Our builder, Nader Baha, is another shining example of what customer service should be. From the day we met Nader, his professionalism, courtesy and follow-through have been impeccable. During the building process we communicated with Nader nearly every day, often multiple times, and every single conversation, email and phone call was a positive experience. The quality of our home is outstanding, largely due to the great work done by Nader.

Building a home is typically a very stressful experience. We believe that the professionalism and attention to detail shown by Erika and Nader not only significantly reduced our stress, but made the entire building experience enjoyable for our whole family. We would not hesitate to recommend American Legend Homes, and Erika and Nader to anyone looking to build a great home.

While we started with little to no idea about home building, Melissa and Brad both helped us enormously to make the right decisions at the right time without much of a compromise.

Overall, the flow through the home gives us a great feeling. We did shop around with many builders before we made our final call and American Legend’s flexibility around customizing floor plans to fit the client’s needs was fabulous. You both are good Project Managers! We are enjoying our dream home in Village Park North. And big thank you to both of you!

My husband and I are proud new owners of an American Legend Home in the Arbors of Willow Bay subdivision in Frisco, Texas. I wanted to take a moment and share with you what a wonderful experience my husband and I have had in building our home. He was always busy juggling many things but he always made us feel like we were the only clients he had. Customer Service is such a small concept in words compared to what we experienced with Greg in reality. He was and still is phenomenal! We felt so pampered and spoiled and never knew that building a home could be so enjoyable. All our questions were answered with amazing insight, knowledge, expertise, professionalism and a smile. Needless to say, we picked our plan, picked our lot and signed our contract. Thank you very much for our new home. We are so pleased. Thank you for providing such a competent, knowledgeable and friendly team.
