Warranty Request Process

To ensure a timely and accurate response and solution as well as accurate record-keeping, please complete the below warranty request form.
You will be provided a response within 72 hours of your warranty request submission during regular business hours with exception of weekends.
Please make sure to leave a phone number and email, so we may set up an appointment with you. Please make sure that you can meet with our customer service representative during business hours to expedite the process. It is our goal to reach a solution within 7 days of the initial request.

Our warranty program provides peace of mind and covers the mechanical, electrical, and structural aspects of your new home such as heating and air conditioning, plumbing, appliances, cabinets, countertops, hardware, siding, fireplace, gutters, floor coverings and more.
Details regarding your individual warranty program will be found in your homeowner's manual provided to you at time of closing.
