As one of the finest new home builders in the resort style community of Light Farms, we are proud to offer a range of home designs carefully crafted for the way you live. Ranging from 1,800 to 3,100 square feet and situated on a 50’ wide home site, our plan designs give you the flexibility to build the home of your dreams. Located in the city of Celina just 4 miles north of Highway 380, residents enjoy easy access to nearby shopping, dining and entertainment in Frisco, Plano and McKinney.

Light Farms is a master-planned community situated on 1,070 acres and features a wide range of world-class amenities!
