American Legend Homes is currently seeking a part time Sales Assistant in Forney Texas at the Meraki subdivision, for administrative support throughout the sales contract process and during times of heavy traffic, allowing the Sales Associate to focus on lead and buyer relations. Additionally, this role will assist in capturing residential new home sales by demonstrating product features and providing relative information to potential home buyers. Scheduled days are pre-set with a maximum of 29 hours per week with occasional flexibility for coverage and vacations.
Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities:
Greet and register potential home buyers and manage appointment scheduling for Sales Associate
Answer incoming calls and provide up to date information regarding the product and community
Prepare and distribute general correspondence, direct mail pieces and follow up communications to potential home buyers
Confidently present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our homes, community amenities and area points of interest
Oversee the ordering, collation, and inventory of sales materials, collateral and model office supplies
Ensure that the sales office and model home are presented in a consistent and professional manner, including safety, appearance and cleanliness
Perform general clerical duties such as data entry and filing
Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned
Required Skills and Abilities:
Customer-service oriented personality with professional and courteous attitude
Ability to interact well with a variety of individuals inside and outside of the organization
Good verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other general software programs and applications
Must be available to work weekends
Qualifications:
High school graduate with basic academic and practical skills gained through school curriculum
Up to 1 year of general work experience and/or training

American Legend Homes is currently seeking a highly motivated individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to assist the marketing team with a wide variety of initiatives to ensure smooth and consistent operation.
Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities:
Utilize Adobe suite, Canva and other software programs to create and maintain sales and marketing collateral including floor plan handouts, plat maps, promotional flyers and templates
Interface daily with internal teams and outside vendors to create, redline, proofread, and secure final approvals on various marketing collateral
Serve as the internal admin support for the sales CRM system by handling user and database management, template design, mass mail and general troubleshooting
Oversee scheduling of all model and inventory photography/videography with 3rd party vendor, construction and sales teams and download assets upon receipt
Manage all in-house printing of plat maps, feature sheets, floorplans, price lists, option price lists, spec sheets, etc.
Fulfill model and promotional item orders from sales and construction teams, maintain inventory of marketing/promotional supplies and recommend reorders as needed (requires ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.)
Assist in the execution of internal and external events such as model home grand openings, Realtor, developer and charity events, sponsorships and employee functions
Collaborate with Director of Marketing to design, create and assemble employee appreciation items and new hire assets
Purchase and deliver employee appreciation and other marketing items as needed (mileage reimbursement based on annual IRS mileage rate)
Provide administrative support for various marketing programs, including data entry, printing, package assembly, shipping, tracking and project scheduling
Prepare, maintain, and distribute various reports and tracking spreadsheets
Conduct market research to better understand the marketing needs of the organization
Other duties as assigned or required
Required Skills and Abilities:
Highly detail-oriented self-starter with strong organization, communication and time management skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and accurately complete multiple projects in a challenging, fast-paced environment
Must be a punctual and dependable team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance
Reliable personal transportation
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role
Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and other common software programs
Working knowledge of InDesign/Illustrator a plus
Knowledge of residential homebuilding/real estate industry experience a plus
