American Legend Homes Wins 2013 ENERGY STAR Leadership Award
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recognized American Legend Homes with a 2013 ENERGY STAR Leadership in Housing award. The award recognizes the important contribution American Legend has made to energy-efficient construction and environmental protection. To earn the ENERGY STAR label, a home must meet strict guidelines for energy efficiency set by the EPA.
American Legend homes provide homeowners with less maintenance, as well as energy and water efficient features. Buyers notice savings on annual utility expenses with the knowledge that they are contributing to improving the environment.
