American Legend’s Raindance model home selected for Parade of Homes’ “Best Design” award!

Early September, American Legend Homes sponsored Northern Colorado’s Parade of Homes. During the two-weekend event, home builders across Northern Colorado invited the public to tour their model homes, showcasing their innovations in building, new home features and local trends. Each year, Parade of Homes recognizes the achievements of local builders and remodelers, this year awarding American Legend model 407 at RainDance with the award for “Best Design.”
