"The challenge," Tracy says. "Every day brings something new and exciting to work on."

That constant variety has kept her engaged throughout two decades of growth, allowing her to learn, adapt, and contribute in meaningful ways.

Growing Alongside the Company

When Tracy joined American Legend Homes, the company was made up of just 18 employees. Today, that number has grown to nearly 140 team members.

"I've seen it grow from 18 employees to almost 140 today," she shares.

Watching that transformation firsthand has been one of the most rewarding parts of her career.

"To know that I've had a hand in helping build this company to where it is today is what I'm most proud of with my time here." Her years of experience have given her a unique perspective on how the company has evolved while maintaining the culture that has made American Legend Homes successful.

"Because we are a smaller home builder, we have less 'red tape' to work through as we build our homes."
