Here’s what to expect during this essential step in your homebuilding experience.

What Is the Design Gallery?

The Design Gallery is where you’ll collaborate with a professional Design Consultant to personalize your new home. With access to an extensive collection of the latest trends and products from top brands like Delta®, KitchenAid®, and Whirlpool®, you’ll have endless possibilities to create a home that reflects your unique style. Explore multiple fully built-out kitchen and bath vignettes, as well as large samples of countertops, flooring, and fixtures to experience every detail firsthand.

What to Expect During Your Appointments

Within 2 weeks of signing your contract, your Design Consultant will reach out to guide you through the process. The design selection process typically includes two appointments, totaling about five hours. Additional time can be scheduled if needed for a fee.

1st Appointment: Setting the Stage

During this session, your consultant will:

• Introduce the standard features and upgrade options available for your home.
• Record your initial selections and answer any questions.
• Encourage you to take pictures of your choices for later review.

Note: Pricing for some upgrades may not be available immediately, but your consultant will share updates as they arrive.

Between Appointments

You’ll have 1-2 weeks to:

• Review your selections.
• Confirm pricing with your Design Consultant.
• Notify your consultant of any changes before your final appointment.

2nd Appointment: Finalizing Your Dream

In your second meeting, you’ll:

• Review and confirm all selections.
• Sign off on final documents.

After this appointment, your choices will be sent to the Construction Manager, and orders will be placed. Changes made after this point will incur additional fees and require management approval.
