HOA dues are $1,600 annually, and pay for the maintenance of amenities and common aeras.

What is the tax rate?
The total tax rate is 2.708258% per $100 of assessed value.

What amenities will be featured at Landmark?
Amenities for Landmark include: 1,100 acres of open space, trails, parks & playgrounds, an outdoor pavilion, an amphitheater, a fishing lake, co-working space, food truck park, resort pools, and an H-E-B grocer!

SCHOOLS

What schools serve the community? 
Landmark students will currently attend E.P. Rayzor Elementary School, Harpool Middle School, and Guyer High School. The Landmark community has plans for two future on-site elementary schools, and one on-site middle school.
