Orchard House
Orchard House is at the heart of this community. Here, you’ll find meeting rooms and cozy spaces, a fireplace, a fully equipped fitness center and Swirl Café & Bakery, a quaint bakery serving a tasty collection of eats, treats and coffee.

The Pools
The Grove Frisco has two swimming pools. The first features an elegant infinity edge that cascades into a six-foot waterfall feeding the lower pool. The lower pool is shallower and right next to a splash pad, making it perfect for kids! The pools also have grilling and concession facilities for a barbecue or poolside snacks throughout the year.  

Parks and Trails
At The Grove Frisco, residents have access to 4.5 miles of trails that offer a scenic way to unwind, explore with your family or walk the dog. The playgrounds feature tree limb forts and hilltop slides made from natural materials and inspired by the trees lining the community. You’ll also find the Great Lawn just beyond Orchard House for frisbee days and kite flying, a dog park for dogs of all sizes, several pocket parks and a seven-acre planned city park.
