American Legend’s Prosper is popular!

Everything in Texas is big…including our population. With almost 4 million new residents from 2010 to 2020, we just keep getting bigger! 

According to moveBuddha, a source for relocation and moving services, one of the areas seeing the biggest growth in Texas is Prosper, home to our Lilyana, Windsong Ranch and Star Trail communities. Prosper’s population grew more than 200 percent from 2010 to 2020. And it ranks number one in Texas cities where the people moving in to the city outweigh the people moving out.

But that doesn’t surprise us at all! We love Prosper, our communities here and all they have to offer. Life at Lilyana, for example, is the perfect blend of natural beauty and modern convenience.
