Time to tour American Legend Homes at the Denver HBA’s Parade of Homes

Looking to get inspired by new home design? American Legend Homes is front and center again this year in the Denver Home Builder Association (HBA) Parade of Homes. The new home showcase is a summer tradition and it takes place Thursdays through Sundays, August 11 – 28, noon to 5 p.m.

The free event lets you discover unique new homes in the area and tour (both virtually and in-person) two American Legend Homes, both in our Hilltop 55+ at Inspiration community. Our home at 8405 Winnipeg Court showcases a wide, welcoming entry leading to the heart of the home where kitchen, dining and living areas meld to create a seamless gathering area. You’ll also see an impressive wall of sliding glass that transforms the space to indoor/outdoor entertaining instantly. The basement, which is accessible from both inside and out, is the perfect place for celebrations with friends and family, or just relaxing and taking in the gorgeous views.
