We are excited to announce that American Legend Homes took home 7 prestigious awards at the 2024 Colorado Springs Parade of Homes! A Big Win for American Legend Homes

The 2024 Parade of Homes, hosted by the Housing & Building Association of Colorado Springs (HBA), featured 30 homes from 24 builders, ranging in price from the upper $400,000s to over $5.3 million. Homes were located throughout the Pikes Peak Region, offering attendees a glimpse of cutting-edge designs, floor plans, and finishes.

On Wednesday, October 2, the winners of the Parade of Homes were honored by the HBA at an awards banquet held at the Colorado Springs ProRodeo Hall of Fame. It was a memorable night as we celebrated with over 230 attendees from the homebuilding industry.
