American Legend named finalist for Texas Ass’n of Builders Star Award

The Texas Association of Builders Star Awards is the only statewide program that recognizes excellence in the home building industry. The Star Awards showcase the outstanding work of builders, architects, construction professionals and designers in Texas and we are excited to be recognized as a finalist this year for best kitchen design.

While all of our kitchen layouts are exceptional, the floor plan in our Windsong Ranch model home is in the running for best kitchen design. Here are just a few elements that made it stand out for the Star Awards judges: 

• The thoughtfully designed layout and stunning sightlines make it a chef’s “dream-come-true kitchen.” It’s the ideal gathering spot for any occasion: family meals, cocktail parties, holiday buffets, a glass of wine after a long day and even a weekly family planning session (see the practical built-in planning center).

• The vibrant Reverie tile backsplash (elegant yet with a vintage look), classic white shaker cabinets with dark brushed metal hardware and sparkling white quartz countertops are definite conversation starters.
