American Legend builds basements for fun & games (and more!)

Our spaces here offer cozy seating set-ups perfect for long conversations, built-in wet bar options, and a functional and a stylish built-in bar top wall piece. Several owners here have even added an indoor putting green to their basements! (Also perfect for when he grandkids come to visit!)

The Enclave at Mariana Butte basements offer enough space for a work-out room as well as sophisticated seating and dining, with plenty of room for a pool table and barstools at the built-in bar. Area rugs help differentiate the space and lots of windows brighten up the open space.

Our RainDance families love that their basements are an extension of their living spaces. They are spacious enough for large couches and extra-large TVs…perfect for chilling after a long week. And the basement’s built-in bar is perfect for snacking or even doing homework and crafting!
